cardigan for lizaliv !

 i knitted my 1e creation for lizaliv..my latest grandchild.. she is almost 2 months now..

as i know myself.. i made it fit for 12 months.. because maybe i got tired of knitting and then it would take that long to finish and the cardigan was too small when it was finished at last..  this happened a lot of times before,..

but not now.. i made it in 4 evenings.. and i made the rose in 15 minutes..

i crochet the rose.. it is very easy to do.. but i dont know how to explain in english..

and guess what?? i want to do another project !! yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh i like knitting againnnnnnnnnn !!

i have to search where i put my wool.. i think i have it under my bed in a suitcase !!!

tomorrowmorning i go search for some nice colors !!

yellow birds..

this is a birthdaycard.. the text is a clearstamp by kars and the birds is a clearstamp by penny black..flowers are 2 stamps by magnolia..

i used my nestabillies for the squares and the octagon.. used my spectrum noir markers to color..

not that good at it.. but practise makes masters.. so i will try to practise a lot !!!

used a self made leftover paper underneed the text..

it is made by spraying ecoline and gold powder mixed..

the paper with texture is greenish/grayish/goldisch.. and it s piece of wallpaper..

i would like to be.. free as a bird.. like the beatles sang..to fly evrywhere you want seems to be great!!!

at the seaside..

i didnot stamp this pic of aldy picking seashell myself..

i liked the pic so much and didnot had the stamp.. so somebody stamped it and sent to me..

i used a newbought die cut from memorybox.. very elegant swirls..i loveeeeeeeeeee this one.. and at the bottom you see the remainings of paper leftover of another memorybox die cut.. to pretty to throw away !!!
they seem like waves to me.. so i think i use it here on seaside card..
in top i used a punch shaped like this... ( ) en "stitched"ribbon through it and ended it on both side with a little bow. i punched the little flowers and (sea)stars..

dancing fairy..

this time i made a congrats card.. or like it says on the card.. proficiat.... the dancing fairy is an unknown um and the hearts were made by a punch..

i used 2 pieces of scrappaper with simular colors.. and a ribbon and bow to finish it..the piece of cardstock is made to the card with a heartshaped brad..

yeah.. another scenery!!!

i made another scenery the other day..

the weather is becoming nice now .. and suits the spring we are in.. not that rainy and cold as it was till last week..

so i was inspired to make this scene..open door.. laundry drying in the sun.. a little breeze.. flowers in between the grass.. and a green ivy-like plant..

laundry and door and window and milkcans and wooden shoes are very old stamps by sirius..  not existing anymore.. too bad.. i liked the stamps..i got them now about 20 years.. and still use them a lot!!!

stone wall is a clear stamp.. dont know wich brand..

neither do i know what brand  the ivy is..

3 trees at waterside is a stamp by mariette verhees.. and the grass is a stamp by stempelatelier de voet..

it is a 1 layer card.. i masked evrything...

yeahhhhh a new baby!!!! my 6e grandchild!!

hello all.. may i present you lizaliv!!!!!

this is my 6e grandchild.. she was born 5 may 2012..the daughter of my oldest child and daughter..a real miracle..

as a survivar of cancer and the age of 40 years.. she never thought to be a mom..

but this baby.. was soo stubborn.. she kept sitting in the partely deleted womb of my daughter..without any aid like resting or lay down for months or a band to keep it closed..

she is really our miracle.. and a comfort to all other childless woman.. dont give up hope.. miracles happen..

while my daughter still is in hospital to recover from pre eclampsie is my granddaughter in very good health..

i made this card a week ago.. not knowing it would be a girl or boy..so i used the colors babyblue and lilac and greyish.

and the stamp of eline pellinckhof.. made a nice scalloped edge  and fisnished it off with a lilac ribbon..
